Season’s Greetings!

Season’s Greetings!
Posted on 10/01/2020

It is hard to believe 6 months have come and gone since our lives were forced to drastically change due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. That being said, we thought it was time to update everyone with how our office has been handling the new “normal” and our plan moving forward as the seasons change.

First and foremost, the doctors and staff at Pedodontics P.C. have made it our priority to go above and beyond typical Covid-19 precautions in our office. When entering, you will see social distancing of 6 ft between each patient, hand sanitizing stations throughout the office, temperature checks prior to entering the building, two medical grade air disinfecting purifiers and as always top of the line sterilization for all dental instruments. It is important to us that our patients and families feel safe and know they are in a clean environment.

As we approach the colder weather ahead, we ask that you please read our NEW Covid-19 Patient Policy & Protocol.

Prior To Your Appointment:

  1. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text for your appointment time.
  2. A Covid19 Questionnaire MUST be completed prior to your appointment arrival. The questionnaire is found at the bottom of your text message reminder. If you do not receive a reminder, please call our office as soon as possible to verify your appointment and phone number.

Arriving To & Leaving Your Appointment:

  1. Once you have arrived, park in a numbered spot/stall in our parking lot.
  2. PLEASE TEXT the number found on the sign to notify our staff who is here, and the number where you have parked. (If you have not received a reply within 5 mins, please call in)
  3. A member of our team will meet the patient at the door to take their temperature & accompany them inside.
  4. When your child’s appointment is complete, you will be notified via text message to start heading to the front door to retrieve your child.

What To Expect:

  1. We are still asking that ONLY the patient enter the building unless advised to do otherwise. By following this policy, we are lowering the risk of infection spread to your child and our staff.
  2. All staff is continuing to use the proper protective equipment (PPE) & medical grade sterilization products in order to keep everyone as safe as possible, which has resulted in a PPE charge for each visit.

We appreciate your understanding as we all push through these difficult times together!
